Counselors & Rates
Initial Counseling / therapy sessions are 60 minutes and all sessions following are 50 minutes.
If you’re interested in a double session (1 hr and 40 minutes), we can arrange an increased rate.

Insurance
We have decided not to be paneled directly with any insurance companies in order for you to remain in control of your wellness process and to keep your confidentiality safe. Many insurance providers require a diagnosis and limit your therapy to a certain time period or amount of sessions.
We feel you are unique and don’t feel everyone needs or requires a diagnosis that will be placed in your medical records. We can file out-of-network for you, and your insurance company will reimburse you a percentage of your session cost.

Payment and Cancellations
Payment is due on the day of your session. We take all major credit cards, check, and cash.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice or rescheduling request for all practitioners. If you do not give 24-hour notice the credit card we have on file will be charged the FULL fee of the appointment.
For that reason, we urge you to call in advance or take advantage of our “Contact Us” option.
Documentation and Appearance Fees
All documentation is subject to a signed Release of Information on file in our office. No documentation or acknowledgment of services will be given without the signed Release of Information.
Copy of Session Notes: $50 copy fee
Case Summary: $50 document fee
Disability Claim Documentation: $50 document fee
Letter Requests: $50 document fee
Court appearances: Therapists hourly rate (minimum 1 hour)
