Payment and Insurance: Payment is due on the day of your session. We take all major credit cards, check, and cash. We can provide you with a receipt if needed with all the information required to file a claim with your insurance company. They will then reimburse you based on your selected insurance company and plan.

24hr Cancellation Policy:We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or rescheduling request for all practitioners. If you do not give 24 hour notice the credit card we have on file will be charged the FULL fee of the appointment. For that reason we urge you to call in advance or take advantage of our "Contact Us" option.
